I’ve got my first big purchase done here at the hazleton location & I just want to say that the OM Angel is such an easy person to work with. He has gone above and beyond to help me , & I feel he deserves recognition for that. Although sometimes the calls do get overwhelming when late on a payment for whatever reason I understand that they are just doing their job & the staff never comes off as rude or angry . I will recommend family and friends to this location solely because of how comfortable an easy angel has made this whole experience .

I probably will NEVER ever rent from them again and most likely will NEVER recommend them to anyone. It was good while I was down on my luck, but they harass you before your even late, blowing up your phone the day it's due not even the day after literally the day it's due. If you rent from them make sure you are NEVER late, they will threaten you with theft (even tho you've already paid over 4 grand for something that only cost 1500 out right) but again it was hard times and circumstances made it a good deal. I fell off recently and was a little late and from the constant phone calls or them showing up and not only banging on my door BUT my damn window. It wasn't like I refused to pay just said needed a later date. Today I paid it off and am so grateful to NEVER deal with this place again. They are rude, noncompassionate, arrogant, and the experience I had with them was horrible. Including them saying I moved without their knowledge WHEN THEY THEMSELVES moved the merchandise for me , now that's just crazy.. again I will NEVER go this route again at least not with them and not at this Hazleton,PA office. Again IM PAID OFF .but don't rent from them if your ever going to be a few days late, from the harassing phone calls, voice-mails and the way they show up at your home banging on doors and WINDOWS that's crazy. My experience with them I would give 0 stars if I could

I have been a customer for 18 years. These past 2 years, I have had nothing but problems. Currently purchasing a washer/dryer set and the dryer breaks. I call and I am advised I'll get a loaner to use while mine gets fixed. Waited almost 2 weeks for the loaner. Found out this week that I'm being charged for the loaner as well as paying for the set since September. Five freaking months! Brought it up to them and they changed the subject and we were told a new one came in and they are going to bring it over. I stayed outside with my dogs while they put the "new" dryer together. Came inside to find it dirty, scratched, and lint in the dryer trap. I needed to dry a load of laundry and then find out the dryer isn't heating and it seized up. Had my husband call the office and they said they will bring one on Thursday. I have to wait an additional 3 days for a dryer. Absolutely irate now. Calling corporate first thing in the morning.

I have been a customer with this company for over 10 years. I've bought countless items from this store. I was a loyal customer. I ran into tough times and was in the hospital for over two months I begged for one extra month for them to hold my items so I could catch up on my other bills. I was told I had until the 8th. Well several days before the 8th they sold all the items they were supposed to be holding for me. I feel violated. I feel robbed and I will never recommend this store to anybody for the rest of my life This place has no compassion no care for the customer and I beg of all of you to never use this store. To top it off I'm a veteran that served two tours in Iraq and this is how they treat their veterans I offered to give them a letter from a social worker at the VA hospital and they refused not caring that I was in the hospital. NO COMPASSION

Absolutely the best customer service you can ask for!! Top notch!! I've never had a better place to go to I've been going here for 4 years I've bought many different things from them almost all of my furniture they always know my name my face and greet me with a smile. I wouldn't have it any other way!!!!
