HORRIBLE!!! The attitudes of the staff crazy lol like they really talk to you like you not a customer just because you rented from them. If yall could see the email I was sent about $30 not to mention the calls. Do yourself a favor and only go to this store if u desperate *like me at the time* and can really do an early payout. Do not do it for anything less. The staff is rude. Now I seen a complaint about Josh but he was the nicest to me very helpful. I am sorry he has to work with all them attitudes lol. DONT GO HERE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE!!! If u do ask for Josh very nice guy!
I have been with this store for a few years the service is great the pricing fits my budget the staff was patient courteous and very helpful everyone has a great demeanor I also just found out that I’m a gold card member my entire home has furniture from this store I love them keep up the great work guys
HORRIBLE!!!! If could give a minus ➖ 10, I would. The Staff was disgraceful and unprofessional. Currently looking to speak with someone from corp. Do yourself a favor and spend your money anywhere but Aaron’s.
Do not use this store . It is a complete rip off and staff is down right nasty. I would leave a zero if I was able. If you need to use their services go to rent a center.
I have been a customer of Aarons for many years! Regrettably, the store I typically frequented has now shut down. I would like to begin by acknowledging that the front staff here is excellent; I believe the young man I have conversed with, named Tyler, provides outstanding customer service. However, Josh in accounting needs to improve his communication skills; he is rude, immature, and evidently lacks fundamental interpersonal skills. He would benefit from taking some time to learn from the staff on the sales floor about effective customer service.
I've been using Aarons for years. I absolutely love the company. This store however is terrible. Pretty much everything they have is used and never new. Plus the customer service is not the best. They were supposed to pick an up an item last week and they never showed. Then. They are supposed to pick it up today and when I called to ask around what time they were going to come as they did not come last week they said between 2:00 and 4:00. I did not originally hear what they said so I asked him to repeat imself and he gave me an attitude. I will definitely not be coming back to this location.
