Franklin rent a center is a joke a lier .I've gotten a electric bike they told me it was in working condition but it wouldn't charge an sat in the back of the store for a week or 2 NOT TOUCHED #BECAREFULL .... 😡
If I could give no stars I would. They owe me and my wife $110 for a e bike and are refusing to pay back. They claim that we damaged it but we do have proof showing otherwise. I would highly recommend Noth going through them. Aarons will treat you better
Very nice customer service People are very friendly and they definitely get to know you. Also, they can be very Helpful when needed. As long as you are honest with them and do right by them, they will do right by you.
Getting the appliance was easy and cheap but I waited a month or more to be able to use the appliance due to having incorrect parts. During time I was waiting for part I was charged a rental fee that I shouldn't have been charged and now my biweekly payments are not on the dates I set up. I love having the appliance but with the payment agreement being messed up I am likely going to have to return the appliance.
