DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Use Arrons instead! I lost my father last month and informed them about my financial hardship due to this loss. They didn’t care at all. Instead, they threatened to come pick up the couch! Keep in mind, I had made a double payment the week before my father passed. Fast forward to this month, I was only a couple of days late with my payment because I was catching up, and the representative thought it was acceptable to treat me poorly. This company shows zero compassion. I’m overpaying for a couch that was supposed to be brand new but was actually used — one side is dented! I let that slide, but this was the final straw. When I called, I spoke with Treasure, who was sympathetic, but it doesn’t erase the unprofessional behavior of the employee named Matt. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

I had the occasion to rent a double bed for 6 weeks. I am highly recommending this Rent a Center.(Fairless Hills, PA), From our first inquiry over the phone, follow up by a customer service attendant - to the delivery and return - Everything was top notch! The product I rented was immaculate. I highly recommend this rent a center and I will be back, when an occasion calls! Thanks to all!

I gotta say I am impressed with Fairless Hill's rent a center, I have been a customer for a long time and I am very pleased with the excellent customer service from Treasure, she has helped me get a few things I needed without a hassle and without waiting, Treasure has been very helpful with information, and absolutely wonderful! The lady who answers the phones needs a manners and etiquette class she is very rude and unprofessional she definitely should not be working in customer service answering anything she should be working some where not dealing with people at all…. She should learn to keep her personal problems at home and not bring those issues to work where you take your frustrations out on paying customers that is how you lose customers. I asked to speak to the manager Edgar and she hung up on me definitely very rude I called back she didn’t answer the phone I waited a while and spoke with Edgar and told him about her behavior

The staff in this store are wonderful. Keola is so kind, helpful and always goes above and beyond what I’d ever expect to make sure any needs I have are taken care of. She is absolutely the best and is an example of what others should strive to be. I got an amazing deal with her help at a time when my life was in chaos. I filled my new apartment with beautiful furniture and was able to do it without spending a fortune. THANK YOU!! Dom is very courteous and helpful whenever I speak with him and the manager of this location is a great person who’s always been helpful and understanding of any issues I’ve had if I’ve needed to make a payment late. I cannot say enough good things about this Rent A Center!
