Unorganized unprofessional rude and I just overall had a terrible experience completely like a bait and switch
Very professional and kind ... Just wish you did t have to pay 5x what something is worth
When our AC failed, rent a center was there to help us survive. We got a portable AC. And they picked it back up once we no longer needed it. Do yourself a favor and understand the price structure and go in with some extra time as it can be a slow process.
Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable with what we needed. He made sure we had what we were looking for before we left the store. Definitely a gem.
If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. The unprofessionalism of this place is ridiculous. The phone calls are nonstop 24/7, the harassment is unreal. Brandy the manager is very very rude, and honestly should be fired. I was very kind to her on the phone, and she continued to berate me, be demeaning, huff and puff then hang up. I will be contacting corporate. Save yourself the headache and finance your furniture through a different company like Bobs.
