Rent-A-Center

I deal with the Rent-A-Center on Mount pleasant I've dealt with them for years I've got several things never missed a payment nothing. Return my son's couch because of cushioned for falling apart waited 3 months to get the cushion coffers never did. I dealt with Susan at Mount pleasant office. And she's the one I normally dealt with. Got a washer and dryer. You can't use a dryer unless you take the vent out. It won't take the land off I complaint for 3 months had an appointment I canceled the first one because I had covid. Second appointment the tech never showed up it was on January 12th. Between 12:00 and 5:00 never got a phone call or anything. Called talk to Susan told her he never showed. She told me that she will call and try to get me an appointment she was on hold with you now so I waited on the phone. She said that they will have to call me to set up an appointment to answer all the numbers of calls just in case it's a text. Been waiting since the beginning of January nobody still called me. Call Susan got to run around. Return to couch. On the 5th of February of this year 2026. Paid off everything I only owe $66 on my dryer. Been paying for benefit Plus. Was just told by the customer service the basically benefit plus is worthless but I got the pamphlet right here stating. Did they pay for your equipment if your brakes so please don't ever get benefit plus cuz it's worthless. Ends up being I get automatic withdrawal out of my account on the 3rd every month. Paid it off around the 15th of January. Only owe the dryer. So I was told they will not take the payment out on the 3rd. Ends up being I did. $141.42. call Susan she said give it up right back. Where did the day until around 3:00 looked at my bank. That was this Friday. Call Saturday Sunday is still not my bank account. Call customer service. He said to give it 5 to 10 days.

They were all absolutely amazing. I came in as a former arrons customer who was to receive furniture that day and they never delivered it. Your company and employees was able to get me furniture set up and delivered same day. Gary and Greg were absolutely amazing while in the store and even better when delivering. They came in and asked where each piece was wanted and then brought everything thing and set it up.

Mike and Greg are amazing! So was the young lady behind the counter. Good people all around. They even delivered a mattress after hours and the same day because they didn't want me sleeping on a couch. Wonderful young men with hearts of gold.

Not even worth one star!!! This place has the most incompetent bunch employees i have ever seen. They absolutely have no consideration or common sense when comes to dealing with their customers. Ordered a washer and dryer no one shows to deliver nor do they have decency to call saying they ran into problems. After six days of waiting told them keep it and refund my money this is totally unacceptable! Needless say will probably be waiting a month for that still not seen refund!! Must have a sorry excuse of a manger who doesn't even have decency to reach out and apologize for incompetent employees!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I used to be able to count on RAC but seems these days, they're not so much about their word. I've scheduled multiple deliveries, paid my bill and STILL have not received my item. This is NOT the first time this has happened. I called my local RAC and asked for a refund, hopefully it goes through. Either way, I won't be back
