I got a sectional from Rent-A-Center and I ended up finding a hole in the bàck cushion so I called them to let them know and I pretty much got told I was lying I have called and got ignored they should really treat their customers better

When I started to ask the right questions.. past deceptions came to light and the manager even attempted to lie about the retail cost of the laptop forgetting that he had me pick out exactly what I wanted on their Best But account. They'll tell you that they will transfer the paid balance from previous items.. what they will forget to tell you, happened to me twice, is that they can only transfer $500. The manager even took out far more than I told to in advance.. I told him 2 weeks... Instead he pulls over 2 months worth of payments. Which forced me into opting for the buy out option. Asked him to put it on paper and he refused. Once I clear this laptop from them . I'm done.

Kyle and the staff are always pleasant when they deal with customers . They are always willing to help you out and very understanding when things come up in life!! I appreciate all they have done for my family and I'm a very happy customer!! Keep up the great work guys!!! Your doing great!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE GUYS OVER AT THE COLUMBIA RENT-A-CENTER!! They are the absolute best staff. Rolando installed my PS5 today & he was super friendly & very knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.
