Cancel my order very disappointed in the big mix up or whatever the problem was. You say can't find me in the system but took the 25dollar payment yesterday then today I call and was told I'd have to make a hundred dollar payment but can't find me in the system. So how is it I needed a payment of 100 dollars if you can't find me. You say you can't track anything down untill the product gets to your store but the advertised item was advertised as available only to be told you have to order it from a furniture store so how is it advertised as available if your ordering it to be shipped to your store. I've been a customer of rac never had a problem but somehow somewhere there just happened to be a mix up . Sorry I'll go somewhere else

My friend got tv and sound bar from there and she going through a funeral and everything and this guy start yelling at her for no reason and everything this is ridiculous and this is wrong

My experience has always been great with RAC. It has allowed me to purchase several things I couldn't afford outright and they have always been willing to work with me.

Buyer beware I have purchased many things from rent a center nintendo switch, beds, etc all were paid off on time. This particular time as well as my first transaction with this location I was in a pinch and with a large family I needed a washer so I went to the company that has been reliable in the past for me. The staff has always been helpful. However, The rental agreement is as follows All taxes and fees are not included because they don't matter to the principal anyway 1x washing machine $1000 if paid within 6 months $40 biweekly 80 per month As advertised 6 months thats only 480 Not even half of the 1000 8 days later it becomes 1600 Don't buy into 6 months same as cash Special thanks to the staff there for their help realizing the scam Edit This review was more than honest it was descriptive ill choose not to contact the support team and keep this review the way it is

I am absolutely THRILLED about my experience with the clearfield rent a center team! John made it very clear that he truly cared about finding me exactly what i wanted, and he absolutely did! He has a wonderful energy, and really brings his passion for helping people into his workplace. Ive never had a better experience with another salesman! The delivery team was beyond friendly, and overall everything a customer could hope for, they were impeccable on every level, from being kind, and friendly, to making the delivery as quick and easy as possible.
