Their sale prices are higher than Walmart's regular prices. So if you download both apps you should do some comparative shopping in by the products that are cheaper with the same brand name. Happens on a weekly basis. This week there is absolutely nothing in their sale paper that was cheaper than Walmart's.

I have been using Giant for the last 4 months all together instead of Walmart. I live in an apartment building of 20 apartments in five of them have already told me not to shop there because they ripped you off constantly. This past week I went in store use my giant card and still didn't get the sale prices. So I did a order on the app for pickup and when I get home I noticed that they overcharged me for my hamburger for $6.50. I submitted a claim the next morning because that day I could not get in the app I keep getting error messages for their department. This evening I get a new voice from them showing that they aren't doing a darn thing about it. So I would say this week alone I've been ripped off for about $10. If you want to throw your money away instead of going to Giant Just replied to this and I will send you my address you can come over and give me your money. I would say in the time that I've been going strictly to Giant I've been ripped off for about $28 so far. I just got done deleting my account and I'm going to go to Weis market and back to Walmart. Beware you'll throw your money away at Giant especially this one here. They're crooks and they're loving it.

We did grocery pickup this evening. The woman who brought everything else was awesome!! She did an amazing job with the shopping and the bagging. She was also kind and very friendly!! I wish I would've caught her name.

I understand being under staff, but when an employee that is shopping for online customers, you would think she knows the store. I asked for few items in same isle and she wanted to give me wrong items every single time. I put back my items and left. This store put product in rows listed for other items and has items pushed way to the back. So disappointed because they do display their vegetables and fruits nicely and always has someone in that department.
