They whole rentacenter team is amazing they make renting stuff easy and affordable and are all very helpful Bill is the best salesman ever and Jacob is the best delivery person both always very helpful respectful and just amazing recommend rentacenter to everyone

Everyone was friendly and Dianna went above and beyond to find us exactly what we wanted. Delivery was fast and set for a time that was convenient to me. The two gentlemen that delivered our furniture were very nice and respectful of our home and dog.

Leased a used side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door. I was told it worked like brand new as it was only leased previously for a few months. When's I got it, hooked up the water line. The ice maker filled up and then leaked water out of the door continuously so obviously it wasn't working as I was told. They scheduled a service tech to come look at it and on the day they never showed up or called. So then I was told by the store manager that they emailed me and I never responded which I never received said email. Then I was told it would be another three weeks until the tech could get to my house. So I went elsewhere and purchased a nicer brand new refrigerator for half the price. When we notified the store that we were cancelling our lease and returning it we were asked why. After telling them we weren't waiting for a tech to actually show up and it should have worked as promised from the beginning he threw a temper tantrum like a 2 year old but agreed to come pick it up. Then today they tried to take payment from my bank account even though it's being returned. There is obviously a huge disconnect in communication at this store and the manager needs to be trained in customer service and learn to verify their used appliances work before selling them to another customer.

Do not want calls. May text or e-mail notifications. Received a call today for a payment reminder when I paid for this week, last week. When the couches were delivered, the delivery guys were ignorant to my 7 year old daughter.
