Hands down, this rent-a-center is the best. The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to take on any task without hesitation. I primarily worked with the manager, who deserves his position. He constantly communicates with me to ensure that everything is going smoothly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for furniture. They don’t just want to take your money, they genuinely care about customer satisfaction.
Darren is the best I like working with him I'm hard of hearing and he makes sure I understand what he's saying to me very professional and a good worker very happy with Darren 😊

Rent a center has the best management and is very clean on stefko Blvd. Customer service is phenomenal. Darren is always taking out time to call to see if have any interest I think that's a good idea because if you are not even thinking about furniture to by just that customer service makes you think hmm let me see what I need.
Deceptive advertising, if you live at home with family don’t even bother, they don’t rent to people who don’t own their homes or have a leased apartment. No landlord no furniture no matter how much money you make. Update to this, got a message from the business “see below”. They listed a customer solutions department number for me to call, and when I call the representative is wildly rude when I explain I called because they asked me to call after leaving a 1 star review. The representative says “I’m not sure what that means, do you want to leave a review?” WOW🤣🤣🤣 what a joke, I’ll give someone else my hard earned money.
