Hands down to the newest employee Lashay I’m very consistent with my kids and something wasn’t gonna be or hadn’t been delivered . This young lady was so nice and got it done . Next to the amazing Manager Cindy hands down from our phone call to her delivery. Cindy customer service was 1000000 I know she gets crazy calls and she was so professional from beginning to the end . She made sure I was happy and she can move a building she’s 100 also thanks to Josh. Really appreciative. I choose rent a center 25 years ago same location now my daughter is following my food steps Bensalem Street Rd.

I am moving to a new house in two months and my refrigerator broke down In my current home so I needed to rent something for two months. Called the Store 1030 in the morning and told them my situation and they had a brand new refrigerator at my house in just a few hours. Great customer service incredibly pleasant people to work with.

All I can say is Horrible Customer service from Monica...... She has denied me services for stating the couch is too big for my apartment but doesn't know how big my apartment is. also to the fact that she wants her drivers to bring into my house when I said no I will do that I want nobody in my house..... they are not willing to do anything for you but direct you into something you don't want. Monica is very incompetent at her job and I see why she works at rent a center....

The store I got my stuff at is going overboard with harassment. When I’m late by a couple days the system online automatically tries to force you to also pay the following weeks payment, they lie and say they’ll help you but then they charge you extra just for taking a payment over the phone. I always end up making a double payment on the Saturday it’s due to do it myself and save myself money. Not only do they start annoying you blowing up your phone the SAME DAY your payment is due but this time they sent a truck and 2 men to my house!! I won’t put up with harassment. I’ve had the acct a long time I may sometimes be a couple days late but I always pay!! I don’t appreciate them coming to my house if they show up again I won’t answer the door or I’ll tell them to get off my property. I’m very unhappy with how they treat people for being a few days late! Isn’t that the point of the late fee? I’ve paid off numerous items I shouldn’t be harassed. They shouldn’t be calling and annoying people the very day it’s due either.

I came here to rent to own a gaming laptop computer 💻. For me to enter into the agreement I insisted on a new Alienware 👽 15 inch model. The down side to renting this laptop 💻 is the processor is an I5 and it only has 8 gigs of ram. That may seem like a lot of ram but it's not !! The interesting thing is rent a center sells ASUS and MSI. The ASUS and MSI have I7 processors the ASUS has more ram 16gigs vs MSI only has 8 gigs. All 3 are listed at the same price with makes no sense. What's even more interesting is rent a center could have made mad money 💰 loading out the Alienware with an I7 16 gigs of ram, 1 TB SSD then the computer would be worth what there asking for. For a loaded out Alienware gaming computer if you ordered it would cost you around $1,600 rent a center wants 3 times that yup you heard right just shy of 4 K witch is highway robbery. I need more memory and instead of ordering the computer I want they insist I take a turd that's been used by who knows who and who knows what on it ,,,,, NOT !!!! Rent-A-Center likes to take a new computer rent it to somebody they keep it for six months they return it. Rent-A-Center wipes the hard drive and then you come along and you rent it. The kick is that the computers been used but they sell it like it's brand-new and charge you the full price even though somebody else used it. This is technically illegal to sell a used product to another customer and charge the new price of what it cost when it was new to the customer when you asked them to get you something new they tell you they can't do it well if you value my money for thousand dollars in you'll get me what I want otherwise I'll take my business to your competitors and give them the money instead of you or maybe I'll just get smart save $3000 and buy the computer that I want it's called saving up for it it's funny you people want to make money but you don't want to service the customer no service no money you lose. Do yourself a favor keep your money and go to Aaron's you'll get a better deal, Rent-A-Center is just a rent a nightmare lots of hidden fees and lots of red tape to jump through a stupid insurance policie that are not needed but they want to charge you for it even if you don't want it.
