I have been a loyal and faithful customer to this store for many years now..... I have never had a problem or issue with anything..... Steve and Dave go above and beyond..... They have treated me like family... I wished I could give a 100 stars for them..... Keep doing a great job guys!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Literally got a washer and dryer off them online filled out the lease and gave them what they asked for then I had multiple scheduled drop off dates and it never came. Every time I called it would be something else they needed. Instead of communicating these things from the beginning. Was told to come into the store multiple times. I would come into the store and then they would say some manager wasn't there to do what needed done. Its a constant run around for my stuff. Dealt with other rent a centers that was in all way better of an experience years ago.

I had a good experience here up till about 4 months ago. Not only have they been rude and condescending but they claim that me paying my account online has messaged up my account balance and I now owe them more money. I've check my payment history and my bank statements and everything is and should be paid up to date. This isn't the first time they have tried to get extra money out of me by claiming there was some issue that came up. They have also been late on deliveries and damaged one of the items and left me paying for said item for months before actually getting it. They've yelled at me about not answering my phone but I work a schedule that doesn't allow me to answer the phone and they aren't open when I get off work either. At this point I would be better off taking my business elsewhere.

I appreciate the payment plans and that they're willing to work with you if cant make a payment on time. The only thing that stopped me from making this 5 stars is the amount of interest they take. A product could cost $1,000 and by the time you pay that off you've paid another $1,200 with their interest rates. The employees are nice though so that makes it easier.

This store is a joke! First of all, the staff is completely predatory! They are rude, condescending, arrogant, cocky, and exhibit terrible customer service. Chad and Steve are the worst! I recently signed an agreement and paid my required fees, even had a delivery time scheduled. When it came time for delivery, I called them to let them know I was home from work and ready for them and that's when Chad, a manager, put me on the phone with a new associate simply because "he had been the one dealing with me" and I was then told that they had "meant" to call me earlier but something popped up in the system that I owed them money from a previous agreement that I defaulted on and promptly returned the merchandise. They refused to honor the agreement and deliver my TV. Totally ignoring the fact that they had just entered a contract with me. The guys that work there make up their own rules. I have much more to complain about, but there isn't enough space to write about it! I would give -10 stars if it were possible! I've filed a formal complaint with the BBB!
