Everyone at the local Rent-A-Center is super nice and understanding and will work with you when you have issues with your payment processing. I greatly appreciate their patience and understanding. As long as you keep in touch with them on your situation regarding payment. They will work with you. I'm glad I chose Rent-A-Center to do business with!

TERRIBLE! I am warning you now go to a different rent a center before you go to this one. My mom passed and i had to go to Missouri for 2 weeks. I was getting non stop calls from them multiple times a day while i was in the funeral home after I already spoke to them and they told me no worries they put it in my file. THEN, they proceeded to show up to my house and open my front door!!!!!!! which I have all on camera from my ring footage!!!!!! I then called them because of them harrasing me and they said they see in my file that I would pay it as soon as I was back in town and they apologize for calling me so much. (I have never been late on a single payment for over a year) THEN the CREDIT MANAGER proceeds to cuss at me over the phone and yell at me telling me I NEED TO LISTEN TO HER. I spoke to their district manager and they were extremely apologetic on her behalf. But still if I could go back in time I would never have ever gone to this rent a center with how disrespectful they were after I had a family death. And especially it being the credit manager who spoke to me that way and then on top of all of that me being out of state and them opening my front door is just absurd.
