If you pay something off from them and something breaks or if a accident just happens out of nowhere then the insurance you pay for threw them will not cover you the will deny you so you paying them for extra for nothing
Every person I talk to here is amazing. Delivery, the GM, calling in, it doesn't matter. Solid group of employees here. I have had 1 very minor issue and it was handled same day, no hassle. The whole store deserves a round of applause. I'm appreciative of you guys.
When I called to change my card. I'm supposed to be on ezpay but they never took it off my card now. I've been with Aaron's for years and they are fixing to loose a customer because of this. I'm gonna have to make up two payments now. IAM NOT HAPPY
Do not go to any Aaron's or sign any contract with them. They charge late fees whether you are late or not, then roll there eyes when you show them that you are not late. Then tell me it's to late the payment went through and there is nothing else he can do. This is not the first time. Go anywhere else but these rent to own furniture stores. And yes Aaron's can refund stolen money back to your account. This manager just didn't want to. Corporate better answer for this.
Went in and ordered a refrigerator. I was told that it would be ordered that day, and would be on the truck and at the store on the 20th, then delivered to me on the 23rd. I called the store on the 20th to see if my refrigerator. I was told it was not. The employee that I spoke with did not know anything about my order, and supposedly did not work with the orders. I asked to speak with the manager and was told they were not in the building. I told him that I would call them back because I was at work. Within 3 mins the manager called me and started screaming at me about yelling at her employee. Once again I was at work so that didn't happen. I could not get a word in to ask about my options. Every time I said something she would start screaming at me again, then hung up on me. I called back immediately and low and behold she was out of the building again. I told the employee that answered the phone to cancel my order and to have a Merry Christmas. Bad business, bad attitude, and horrible customer service. My one question is, Don't they work on commission? If so Aaron's is out over $3000. and no commission for her. Will NEVER go there again!!!
I wish I could give them zero stars. First I’ve had my washer and dryer break three times and we’ve had to fix it each time cause they will not come to service it. Our fridge twice. We’ll finally this last time out washer broke for good and after bugging them we finally had someone come look at it. So I leave work and come home the day there suppose to come. I call and make sure they are coming and they said yes loading up now. Two hours later I call back and they say oh we’re not coming today it’ll be in two days. Finally they show up and They say that it to be taken in and they’ll bring us a loaner in a few days. Well a few days later no loaner so we call and they say oh we don’t have any right now you’ll have to wait. And we ask how long and they don’t know. So after a few more days we finally say forget it. I almost have this thing paid off and I’ve current on payments never late. But I go and get a new set somewhere else and call and tell them to come and get it and cancel my account. Well they don’t show up and I had two charges today. So I call and they lady there was so rude. She hung up on me and told me I don’t need to have a attitude or she’ll hang up again. Yes I might have been a little attitude ish but i wasn’t cussing I wasn’t yelling I was just irritated that all this was happening and she literally just told me no your wrong so yes I was upset but never disrespectful so after being hung up on twice I ask for corporates number she said you can look it up I’m not giving it to you then she refused to tell me her name. She then hung up and every time I tried to call back she would pick up the phone and then hang up immediately. This place is unprofessional and rude. She told me she was the manager and could act however she wanted too. Do not do business with this. RAC is so much more professional and all around better. These people have acted this way before. When my fridge went out I had a lady tell me that they were coming then when I called back to see where she said oh they don’t have time for you today it’ll be two weeks and when I said I didn’t wanna make a payment if it wasn’t working she said then ma’am we won’t be coming out. Hung up. And I never heard back I just paid it and fixed it myself. This place really is horrible and I will never do business with them again I hope this will help someone to not make the decision of giving them there money.
