Rent One

These people have some of the worst employees representing their company. They are disrespectful. They were so mean to a friend of mine who rents from them. Save yourself the headache and just take your hard earned money elsewhere. Trust me.

Absolutely worst location. They will refund you real quick and take back used merchandise that is current. I would bet all their merchandise is used bc they are so hard to deal with. Customer service is 0! They literally think they own YOU bc you pay $30 a week for 1 piece of merchandise. It’s nuts. So rude and think they are better than their customers! These people really belong next door at the McDonald’s with the lack of customer service skills and stupidity!

I bought a power recliner and I love it. I wasn’t sure it was going to be comfortable or not, but it’s extremely comfortable and very easy to use. When I ordered the recliner I was told it would take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to come in. Well I had my recliner in less than a week. Thank you Rent One!!!

After a horrible experience with another RTO company, I was so pleasantly surprised how easy they were to work with! And the two fellas that brought my furniture had trouble getting a piece in, but they worked their butts off to get it in….with smiles on their faces! Very happy with my purchase!!

Justin helped us so much! He helped us choose the best washer and dryer that was ideal for us. He also worked with our work schedule when it was going to get delivered. Thank you so much for helping us out!

Bethany started my application I paid for a service which I don’t understand why I’m paying before approval but anyways. She claimed she had to verify I lived in my home which I do. She claimed she couldn’t take my lease even though I’ve been here for two years. I am a sec 8 participant due to domestic issues in my marriage. I don’t know what Bethany said to my landlord but she called me immediately after talking to this employee to tell me she got a report that I do have a fridge (which I do the freezer is going out on me) and that she will be reporting me to section 8. I called the business back to see if my application was approved so I can ensure my children have safe food to eat. I was told by another employee who was not Bethany that she couldn’t approve my application at the time. She wouldn’t get on the phone I wasn’t given an explanation to why my application was denied they didn’t even have the decency to tell me when I would receive a refund. If I could find a corporate number I would. This shouldn’t happen to anyone who’s already struggling to take care of their family.
