I rented a couch for almost a year, and when I was ready to move to Florida, it was picked up in a timely manner. I felt the price to own the sofa was too expensive, but just for renting the furniture, knowing I would be returning, it was a good experience.

Tahlequah, Location: I order online a couch sectional, I signed the agreement, paid, and send DL all the things are done. My husband then calls and the guy is like we gotta get the paperwork done. I live outside of Tahlequah and am half way home. They ask me to turn around. 30 min drive back. Saying they have it in store and we could take it home same day... need my DL. So, my husband is there waiting and I show up. He said they found the paper work but realize they do not have it in stock at their location. That it can be delivered next day. They say 10-12... so next day I get a call at 940a. There driver won't be in until 11 and they still have to pick it up in Muskogee. Its 1127a currently waiting arrival. Online was easy, in person they need to figure their stuff out....

Why is the truck always parked in the handicap spot? It’s even there on the Google Maps aerial imagery.

Very unpleasant staff they didn't even try to work with us after my husband told I was put into the hospital for medical reasons, then two unprofessional worker showed up tonight and took our stuff without even said a word to us the tall bald man was very cruel looking at us like we were criminals or something. He shows no kindness or compassion for the recent stuff that we have gone through. Do not shop at that location even the boss is a unpleasant to talk to as they don't care about the customer and the only money they earn through their unprofessional manner. The whole building needs to be fired and replace with people who will understand when life happens to people.

Rent-A-Center has a great staff. They have really nice furniture for affordable payments. They deliver, pick up, and set up everything for you. They also have game systems, laptops, and even cell phones! I was surprised to find out all the different things they offer and all the different payment plans to help their customers if they get into a tight financial situation.
