Very helpful & friendly ppl! Love it!

Got a bunk bed on sale, had it sitting on the frontt porch for 24+ hrs and we still had a live bed bug in it when we went to put our boys in bed. Very disappointed!! May wanna check your stuff before putting on your house.

I am changing my post yes the workers at the Pryor Stanley's Rent-A-Center or rude and not very friendly and not very helpful. the icebox we got from them the door was messed up and crisper is broke at first they didn't want to do anything about it. but they did finally make it right on the icebox which did make me more happier and as far as the bed and mattress they finally made that right after the runaround over it they did end up giving us one week's free rent so I changed my view about it some and we might possibly stay with them. But they still need friendlier people and more helpful people and when they say that they're going to deliver at a certain time they need to do it. After all the running around and the rudeness I don't want to help they finally made the issues right. I am very thankful and grateful to the older Craig for all of his help and taking care of these issues

Management change has made this so bad I am considering just returning the furniture. He can't put a coherent thought together in messaging and tries to sound tough when he co.es across as a toddler. So fed up with this place. Old Management was soooo much better.

Only giving one star cause it wouldn’t let me do 0 stars. I admit that I was not in the right for a lot of the time I had an account at the Pryor location. A lot of people warned me not to rent from these people cause they are rude and shady but I did anyways cause I was in need of things that I couldn’t outright afford buy. At first they were really nice and understanding. But recently I fell into a bit of bad luck and got a few weeks behind. I was going to wait till I had money before contacting them about payments. They showed up at my boyfriends work and while he was helping a customer and handed him a cell phone and DEMANDED that he speak to Perry. DEMANDED HE TAKE HIS ATTENTION AWAY FROM HIS JOB AND A CUSTOMER. Then one night they showed up at 8:30 at night after the internet said they were closed and starting banging on the door so loud I could hear it in the shower but I wasn’t going to just rush to the door naked so I got dressed and by that time they had gotten in their truck and proceeded to honk the horn many times. I live in a quiet neighborhood and that was really unprofessional. My neighbor said they did that with the last renters and found it very rude and disrespectful. Then when we had money to give them they said that they were done dealing with us and threatened to call the cops and have my boyfriend arrested if we didn’t return the stuff by the end of a Saturday. Really didn’t give us some time to figure something out so that we wouldn’t have to sleep on the floor. Also every time they delivered something to my house, it sure as heck wasn’t same day delivery, but we also had to help them move our stuff in and out of our house several times. It’s bad if they are so understaffed that the customers have to help them do THEIR job. Needless to say I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody I know rents from these unprofessional jerks.
