The manager at this store is rude ..I will not be buying nothing else from them and not referring nobody..we will go to rent a center ...he is rude and needs to be replaced.
Got a couch and recliner from this place today and leave to go back to work come home and there’s roaches in my house. Pretty upset about that one. The furniture looked great at the store I was aware it was previously owned but to not even clean it or make sure your not moving bugs into someone’s home is super unprofessional. Couldn’t be more displeased about my recent purchase. It hasn’t been in my house for over 6hrs and ive seen and killed over 8 roaches on the furniture itself.
Customer service has went down horribly here. Returning customer, wanted to get my son a new gaming pc for Xmas. The guy was like you have to order the good ones online. I said ok what about the one over here. He simply said idk it’s an intel. Umm ok do y’all just not want to help anyone ?? Visit from 12/4
Manager is rude needs to be replaced after so many bad situations with this person I wish I would have read the reviews first
It is probably one of my biggest pet peeves when I call a business during operating hours and they will not answer the phone. Even more annoying is the fact that it just rings and rings and there is no way to leave a message. What if I have an appliance and it's an emergency? It tells me a lot about how customer service would be after the rental. This seems to happen usually in the last hour they are supposed to be open. Aaron's is not the only business with this problem by a long shot. But they happen to be the ones with that problem today. If you are not going to take calls for that last hour then close your store! Could you at least have voicemail?? This goes for both the store in Owasso and the store in Tulsa and I will be posting on both
