Do not recommend them at all. I have never rented from them. They don’t verify information. They have repeatedly called me for an account that’s not mine. Calling for Steve mchenry. Told them repeatedly this isn’t his number and I don’t know the guy. At one point I just told them to come get the stuff because I was tired of fielding late payment / no payment calls. They have now turned the guy, along with my phone number to collections. All because they were too lazy to remove my number from the guys account. How do I know? Because I have collection companies calling for this Steve McHenry. Obviously after their response comment you can really tell they read the review 🙄.

Drove 70 miles up to this store to get a generator. Was told by the store that it had been cleaned and test ran. Get it home there is a huge rat nest inside it and the fuel line has been cut. The onboard battery is missing. So wasn't cleaned and sure was not tested. This is the 2nd time this company has lied to me. So my best advice is don't trust anything they say.

I was excited but I could qualify to get a certain amount of credit per month online without having to talk to anybody first. When I did call Nicole was very friendly about getting me set up with the washer and dryer that I needed and a price that I could afford. I will say there were some misunderstandings about the installation and the parts that came with it etc.. when I empathize with my issue very much. However after I send an email, the manager, Terry I believe his name was, contacted me I was very professional about working out the problem to my satisfaction. I think Nicole me just have been having a bad day like we all do sometimes. Oh and last but not least? I absolutely love love love my washer and dryer? 😍 My home is 10 times happier with clean clothes and blankets 😌🙂Next month iI can't wait to see what I can rent next 😣🤧😎😯

Have had two new washers brought to me both work for a min then won’t clean the clothes or spin them out. I recently got my washer back when it should of been fixed there’s no way they touched it I know it was sent off so I called and asked to get a different brand she was super nice at first saying she could and told me she would call me the next day I had a Denist appointment so I gave her my husbands numbers never called so that next day I called she then proceeded to tell me she could not get me a different brand or I’d have to start over so I called and complained to corporate he said usually they can’t but he would do that for me and told me how when customers get closer to their items being paid off they want brand new! I in no way said I wanted a new washer just one that works! They brought me the same brand back today! My lease agreement isn’t even close to being up! Deliver driver told me she wanted to keep my matching set….. I did not get my dryer from them! Just the washer! So I have called corporate yet again waiting on them to respond! And had to wait a week to get my washer since they have employees who keep quitting! driver was super nice but the lady at the store not so much!

The process was easy and quick. The payment isn't bad. They had exactly what I needed and the people that work there are really great. When it was delivered, he was very friendly, wore a mask and put all the furniture together completely, and very, very well. Zero complaints. Thank you, whoever you were. You did a great job. I just wish the web site had other options for payment than once a month.
