Do not trust any person that works here they will only be nice to you to get your money once they do they don't care the manager John doesn't know what customer service is none of the employees know anything about any of the products inside their store you get treated rudely until you show them that you have any money at all this is a store where the manager proves he don't care about you and neither does the people unless they're trying to get commission from your order even if they don't get commission from making an order they get something cuz you can hear them whispering back and forth about it and when you use their repair service then I'll actually repair anything they just keep it from you for 30 days then they'll clean it up a little bit then they'll send it back to you one time they tried charging me for two PS5 that I didn't have but one of they're so bad at lying they want you to think that nobody owns that building or the company at all.
All we wanted was to buy a new washer and dryer they didn't have it in stock so we was going to do it another way destiny asked my mother to go on there website my mother told her that her phone was dead destiny had papers in her hand and she slammed it down when my mother asked could she do it on her computer my mother had already seen the destiny had an attitude and she had to keep going back to her boss for help when she working the front and dont know what your doing?? Anyway when my mom confronted the lady about what she did and why she had an attitude my mom asked do she like her job she said yes but if u liked your job u wouldn't have an attitude with work u had no telling what my mother was going through and all u could do was give attitude when she just wants to buy a new washer and dryer but instead then her boss couldn't even handle the situation and said they would just cancel it instead of arguing and acting like a child grow up!
I ordered a couch online almost 2 weeks ago. No one called so I called them and was told it was coming from the warehouse and someone would call me (understandable). A week later and still no call. When I call the store I am put on hold for 10-15 mins. When I have asked to speak to the store manager I am told he is not there. How have you guys been in business this long and the process be so broken? Is it due to the manager not ever being around to make sure business is getting done? I sent an email but based on the other reviews I am not very hopeful that it will resolve anything. Don't waste your time , take your business to Rent1 or Buddy's.
Trust all my reviews come with patience and kindness. I usually don’t even review if it’s a one star but wow please read if you are a first time buyer wanting to build credit. Or like warranty on your furniture. 1. They don’t not personal report to your credit but can print off a payment history.. 2. I purchased a brand new love seat and L shaped sectional when we received it we saw some boards hanging underneath I didn’t think anything of it but I still called to have it fixed in August 2023 we never got a call back then the holidays came so we forgot I called back in December 2023 sent in picture to manager of the store I confirmed he received my picture on his email and he let me know he would call back after they review them never got a call back. 3.January 2024! I call again they said send pictures I said I have and they said we get SO MANY EMAILS send it to us again, I did I also call the same day to a 1-800 for a customer store complaint the regional manager called the same day and I send him an email to he responded that one is under warranty but the love is paid off but since I have record of my emails they said they can do it. A third party Penski truck picked it up February 12. 3.we wait 24 hours to hear an update the store said they have no idea since it’s a third party fixing our furniture on Feb 21 the same third party came and said please check the couch before I unload and good thing it was not our couch it was in worse condition and had pillows which we kept our so I could have them steam cleaned! I said I refuse and the driver leaves I am now on hold to be contacted by the regional manager again. I just want what I paid for and the service included. I’m 66% paid off on my sectional but I will not be doing business with them again Once I get my couch or any resolution I’m paying off and never looking back!
Safety measures in place here...team had on masks/dividers at register. Good selection and awesome prices see Teresa(sales lady) she was informative 👍 to what she knew and if she did not know she went to find out. Good Job
