I've rented multiple items from this store and not once have they delivered when promised. Always expect things a couple days late and watch the delivery guys, they aren't careful with your items either. And their tags, the tagged price is right about 50% of the time
I've been renting a brand new Samsung fridge/freezer for over a year now and the freezer stopped working- where there was water filled inside when I opened it up on last Saturday morning. I had to take out all my food and clean out all of the water from a bag of ice that I kept in there. I called and reported it to them on Monday since they were not open on Sunday. I was told that they had me scheduled for maintenance on Wednesday. I called over 7 times to get updates on them coming out and waited ALL day for them to come until my husband got off work (after 6pm) and was told I was still on the list for them to come out. No one came and they said they would try to compensate for the inconvenience. Next day they said they would have someone come out on Friday. And guess what?? No one came and no one called. No explanation. I am going to return this fridge and washer and dryer because I do not like bad customer service and will not support POOR management for such business. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Well last year I was leasing a Troy built zero turn, it was a brand new one. I was having surgery in October and was out of work. I had Aaron's come get mower since I couldn't make payments. I was told by management that the mower I was leasing would be at store when I got ready for it. That was a false statement, they sold it. I down graded to a Pre-owned bronco42" mower. Picked it up 3/31/25. Yes It cranked at store but today 4/1/25 tried mowing with it. Battery completely dead, no reverse, all belts were off. Had to push off my TRL. I have already called and ask for them to come and get it. I will not be doing business with Aaron's in Idabel, Oklahoma anymore. My view, you shouldn't sell equipment without them being serviced, and kept up. Bad business . Really rating should be 0. Poor customer service and no loyalty to customers.
Well after dealing with some issues with the constant changes in Management and what not that this store goes through, we had been having issues getting our dryer back from the repair place. Well after almost a year of waiting and getting the run around. Someone in Mgt. made things right by us. So I’ll change my first post that ragged on them. So they may not be perfect. But they do try to make things right.
Manager kept making mistakes on his quote. Was quoted half of what I’m paying. I thought my agreement was for the whole bedroom suite as quoted. I now have 3 agreements for the bedroom suite and paying double of what was quoted.
