Becarful when you buy from here.Inspect your appliances. They will bring you used appliances with out telling you when you think your buying new!!
We bought our combined washer/dryer in September in Guymon. The staff was very helpful especially the woman working the front counter. She even helped drop off the appliance on a weekend if I remember correctly. Anyway, never thought I’d be using a rent-a-center, but we may just use it again when we need new appliances. Great customer service
The customer service was great, they helped me a lot to get what I was looking for!
The Guymon, Oklahoma, sales clerk, Tommy, was helpful and informative. He made the process easy and found exactly what I wanted in a washer and dryer.
The 1 star isn’t for the business because it is a good business it’s for Érica she not only tried to screw us over in 2020 but also now do not go with Érica at all
