HIGHLY disappointed and dissatisfied in Aaron’s. The General Manager Niles has ZERO customer service nor knows how to treat his employees in front of customers so I could only imagine how he treats them behind closed doors. I’ve been without a washer for going on 2 months now and Aaron’s has been walking me in circles with their tails in their mouth. This Aarons has turned into a total 3 ring circus under its new management. The manager David is just as clueless to the whole operation. You get told on thing on the phone and it’s something else in person. Not to mention don’t even bother trying to contact cooperate on the matter they could care less!!! They have for SURE LOST MY BUSINESS!! I was able to get a washer and dryer through RAC within 2 hours from the comfort of my couch!! Do better for Enid!!!

This place sucks we have got a brand new couch from them 4 months ago and everything was great at first but now its not the couch is already falling apart after only making 3 payments. The couch its self seems fine but the cushions are falling apart they are junk. We called the store and told them about it they refused to do anything be called and called and they said "we've never seen anything like this ever and we've been open for 20 years" and I was like oh yeah really? What are we going to do then? They said we don't know we will call you back and let you know. I called them back a few days later they said the same thing.. a few More days I call them back and the same thing.. then about 2 weeks goes by they said we still don't have answer for you.... And I said well the payment is due next week they said we don't know what to tell you but we think its customer damage...A few more days go by nothing... I called them back a day before the payment was due and David ( the sales manager) said he knew nothing about it then he said they will send people out to look at it and take pictures... I said ok.. they came out yesterday and they guys who came out said that they always see that and its normal basically just saying "we sell junk that's normal" but they said they can replace the cousins and repair the couch where it was tearing... I said ok when they said the GE general manager has to approve it I said ok. So today I called the store and still nothing I set on hold for 2 hours and nothing came out of it eventually they just wont answer the phones at all. So I am stuck paying on a broke peace of crap couch and not only that I have a dryer though them so far so good on that but im sure it will go wrong before its paid off... I owe over $1000 on this couch and its only $600 cash price... Aaron's prices are out of control dont go here they will screw you over every way they can.... They store sucks big ones and now I see where all of the bad reviews are coming from please don't go here if you do you are going to get nothing but junk.

All I can say is that if you want same day delivery forget it or if you make arrangements for a certain day to be delivered forget it they will call with an excuse this makes the 2 or 3rd time now if you are able to pick it up do it

Highly disappointed ‘ they never said anything about the furniture not being refundable. Not to mention we cancel the recliner the same day we purchased it & we couldn’t get it a REFUND ! Also , the customer service is horrible the lady hung the phone up when I was trying to get explanation about why the payment was still high when I canceled the RECLINER . THEN THE TWO COUCHES THAT SHOWED UP ONE OF THEM HAD A HUGE STAIN & the WORKERS WERE NOT GOING TO SAY ANYTHING ! highly disappointed ‘ never experienced this before & would not recommend ARRONS TO ANYBODY .

Recently contacted the local store in Enid regarding a pending delivery, to be answered by Mark in such a professional manner. I have never had a problem with customer service at this location but today really topped the bar. Thank you Mark for your outstanding customer service, and care for the subject at hand.
