Horrible customer service. Cares more about making money then actually doing the right thing and taking care of they're customers. Do not recommend no matter what situation you're in. Avoid at all cost. Especially the manager

Someone sat at my door knocking for 20 minutes and then proceeded to continue after a neighbor said I was gone. My teenager daughter was home alone and was pretty freaked out due to his constant knocking. I will be contacting my attorney tomorrow to find out the legal laws that are considered harassment. I have been out of town due to a family death and I do not appreciate the constant knocking for 20 minutes for what $70 that I owe after paying this for over a year, almost 2, my payoff is less then $600, never had this issue before but will definitely be reaching out for some legal help pertaining to harassment and yes sitting at my door constantly knocking after no answer is considered harassment and I do not appreciate getting a call from daughter in tears. I have it all on video, and I don’t appreciate that after a neighbor told this employee I wasn’t home he proceeded to let them know he was informed by his boss to keep knocking for 15 more minutes.

Made a post seems it got taken down. I do not recommend this rent a center to anyone. Brian the store manager lies and does not follow through with what he promises. I called on July 3rd and had my due date switched from bi weekly to monthly. He told me it was a click of a button and 10 min worth of work. He assured me at that time I would be switched to monthly. I had lost my job and receive a retirment check from the military on the first of every month. I needed to be set on monthly payments for this reason. I made a payment that day to assure this was done. Needless to say he did not follow through with it. Instead I am charge more 2 weeks later. I called them to say there must be a mistake bc I had spoken to Brian on the 3rd. Brian never put in for the due date change. I told them i need a reurn do to the fact the money was not suppose to have been taken. Told they dont return or do refunds. This put me In a bind and took food off my table for my family. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT. BRIAN WILL LIE TO YOU AND NOT HONOR HIS PROMISES. ALSO MADE A BBB COMPLAINT.

Kyle is a great employee who tries to help out. Brian the manager is a different story. He lies to customers and does not follow through with what he promises. Payments come out when they are not suppose to. I called to have my payments set up for monthly instead of by weekly bc i lost my job. I had him set it up for the 1st of the month bc i was retired military and that is when i got my check. Needless to say he did not switch my payments to monthly like promised. Now that puts me in a bind and taking food off my table. When they pulled money from my account that was not agreed upon. Told can not reverse the payment. I wish people honored what they promised. The manger of this establishment is the sole reason for my bad review. Do not recommend do to Brian. Also made a bbb complaint.

I ordered a L-sectional couch about 3 weeks ago. About 2 weeks goes by and I hear nothing. So I call. I get told that the couch is in and I just need to set up delivery. I get delivery set up and then 3 days later I get another call asking to set up delivery. I inform him that I have already done so and I tell him the time and date of delivery that was already set. He says that's fine we will see you then. Today is delivery day. Delivery window has come and gone but no sign of them. So I call to ask what's going on and I'm informed that my delivery was canceled for some unknown reason. I have someone coming to pick up my old couch today and a doctors appointment at 1:40pm. But they want me to sit at home and wait longer while they go to lunch and get their stuff figured out.
