I bought a bed mattress at Aaron's today had a few stains on it I told him I needed the other one hauled off when it gets delivered but me being disabled I asked if they can help get that mattress out of there and they would not help me at all I planned on tipping the delivery drivers $50 each and they blew that I didn't give him nothing

I am buying a couch off of the place here in Duncan,ok. I paid 15.10 on my card and 92 dollars in cash. I got the receipt for the 15 but never for the 92. I called and they said their was not record of it. And they couldn’t pull up the video bc it was coincidentally not working that day I paid them. They stole money from me and have yet to put the money on my account

Staff is always attentive and really funny! Every time i walk in they greet me with a smile and every time i leave they always tell me to have a nice day!!!

I recently took a survey. The only reason I didn't answer excellent on all of the questions. It's cause during the winter. I was told the fireplace heater. Could not heat a pretty small room. Other than that, happy with my business there.

0 out of 10 recommend. (Wouldn't let me leave 'no stars') They don't want to do their jobs. They just give you the run around over and over. I have 1.5 payments left and my washer stopped working. We moved out of Duncan, which when I called to discuss that before we ever moved, they insured me it wouldn't be an issue and if I had any problems they would get me someone from a different location to fix it. My washer went out Wednesday and they gave me the run around all week and after the guy I had been talking to said he would transfer my acct to the closest Aarons near me on Friday, he did not. So I call Saturday and he says he'll call the office and get me transferred so they can send someone to fix my washer, you guessed it He did not AGAIN. Now it's Sunday and they're closed. I'm a family of 5 with small children and being without a washer this long is stressful to say the least. Very dissatisfied. Will never do business with them again.
