So I told the manager 2 weeks ago when I made a payment that I was on the hospital and they show up at my house that's fine but then they go to my work and work told I wasn't there no shit because I'm in the hospital than go back my house and tell my girlfriend that there gonna show up at the hospital I'm at funny thing they have my number and they never called ..that was it so I've decided to contact a lawyer and going to take legal action.
I never thought rent a center would be my choice of stores but here I am. The manager Brad in Claremore is just awesome and I couldn't be happier. The 2 employees he had delivering my things were outstanding as well. All around pleasantly surprised at the professionalism involved with my experience here.
Rude hateful I don't have an ac unit tried to order one and got turned down because of my address that I live at because a next door nabor got turned down and they assumed I was trying to order it for them although the nabors wanted a computer not an ac I'm over heated and sick but at least aarons is going to help me with an ac rent a center needs new management
The staff other than the manager are great. Their manager wouldn't even correct a mistake. I am set up on bi weekly payments and their auto pay took money 2 weeks in a row. Instead of fixing the mistake and sending the money back, I got a phone call stating in order to get the money back I would have to return the stuff I have been paying for. The guy is a complete jerk. I literally had to starve as an over the road truck driver because he wouldn't fix a mistake. If you don't mind overpaying and not getting mistakes corrected, this is your place.
This is my first purchase through this company and I am 100% satisfied not only did the kind lady help me find exactly what I wanted but she made sure to look diligently to find what I wanted. Very detailed in her work she was awesome! The two gentlemen that delivered my purchase were also awesome! So friendly punctuality was perfect and! They got everything unloaded and in my house in less than 15 minutes that’s a big deal! These guys beed recognized for their display of professionalism!!
