Rent-A-Center

I’ve never felt so disappointed and disrespected by a place of business since moving to this area. After speaking with the manager at Rent-A-Center for several days (Brandon), I placed my order online during the Black Friday sale and got a great price. When I called to get more details, everything changed. The manager realized he would have to order the washer and, instead of handling the situation professionally, he said to me: “You people don’t like to pay your bills, and I’d rather not work this hard when you’ll probably default on the contract.” I was stunned. When I questioned him on what he meant by “you guys,” he cut me off, told me he would refund my money, and said I should “go somewhere else.” This is the only Rent-A-Center that services my area, and to be treated with such prejudice and disrespect by the person running the store was painful. I moved here expecting good customer service and basic human decency, not discrimination. I shouldn’t be judged based on stereotypes or assumptions. I was ready to do business in good faith, and instead I was met with ignorance. No customer deserves that kind of treatment, and no company should allow a manager to speak to people that way.

Lousy,experience. They do not honor their contract when it comes to furniture. They also enjoy harassing customers at their residence. Would I recommend them....Hell No. When it comes to renting furniture from them.... it's Renters Beware.

If you're looking to rent , this is most definitely THE PLACE TO GO! Best place I've ever had the pleasure of being a customer at!!!!! I've never encountered a place like this that is genuinely kind and understanding to their customers. I've been a customer for a while now and they've never not one time been heartless or unkind. One of the best!

I have rented multiple times from here with no issues until very recently where I had a small issue with an employee But after I posted a review and talked to employee about my issue. The next day or 2 I had received a phone call from Brandon (the store GM) he talked to me about my complaint apologized and said issue would be taken care of and was sorry about any inconvenience. He took a step above and made sure to make everything right. He is a good person the store is great, I’ve rented from here multiple times with no issues. They have always been able to approve me for any items I’ve had and also given me and extension on my items when they could have easily took items back per contract but they have always been one step above and helping me. If there was any issues I highly suggest talking to Brandon as he is there to assist you with any issues that may be going on as he is a manager that is always ensuring customer service is at 10. Thanks again Brandon for the help and the small miscommunication and issue I had experienced!

Friendly staff, good about working with you. Pretty expensive place though. I think they'd get more business if they didn't have everything cost so much. Overall, it was a good experience so far.
