They said our couch would be in was supposed to to deliver today but now they have changed until next week. Such a scam

We have been customers at this RAC for about 15 yrs now. We have always paid our items off, and they were really helpful if we were struggling to make a payment on time. Today I was informed that our account was too new to allow a late payment just 3 days from now! I told the guy that the account was around 15 yrs old and never been denied a small grace period if needed. You would think that they would want to retain long-time customers who have ALWAYS paid off their items.

I pay extra every month for Rent-A-Center’s payment protection, but that doesn’t seem to mean anything to them when you’re even a day late. Life happens—I recently missed work due to my child’s health issues, which made me fall behind. Even then, I always pay, whether it’s a couple days or, at most, two weeks late. Despite that, the constant calls and borderline harassment are completely unnecessary and extremely stressful. A little compassion and recognition of my consistent effort to pay would go a long way. I expect better from a company I’ve been loyal to. Will not be a return customer after I purchase my items.

Been doing business for years, new manager will lose our future purchases 💯, awful business opportunity for people who actually pay entire amount. I will make sure to express too all I know not to do business here..... we have had several items over past few years here, will be going to another business.
