I don't know what has happened with this store lately, I guess Kenny wasn't supposed to get promoted to the position he has. I have told him continuously over the past 6 months that my due date needed to be changed to the first of the month because that is when my VA check comes in. I get early direct deposit so most of the time I pay early, and he calls me anyway, tells me I am late, and threatens to come pick up my stuff. I am a disabled veteran and he has driven me into a full on homicidal episode. I will have to go to the hospital because of this. I gave my life for my country on the border of Iran in 2009, probably before he graduated high school from the sound of his voice. I will pay all of my stuff of an never do business here again. It's a shame, I have been a customer for almost 2 years i think. I am a disabled veteran, I gave my life for my country, and I WILL NOT have some kid who sounds like he is still in college drive me into an episode and sacrifice time away from my family because he is always threatening to come take my stuff away. I would not recommend going to this store if you are a disabled vet, they won't work with you on when the actual pay date on your awards letter is. They used to, when I first started my contracts I was told I would be worked with on my due date according to the date that was on my awards letter. So if you are disabled, VA, SSDI, or probably even SSI, they will harrass and threaten to take your stuff away, Unless you pay them early. *** Update, After I wrote this review immediately after my horrible Thanksgiving, Dustin callled me this time, being the same way Kenny has been to me. I know exactly what has happened with this store, two drinking buddies got promoted and they shouldn't have and now they call customers and harass and threaten customers.. I was able to talk to the DM and I hope that this clears up. It was nice coming to this store when I was actually treated nice and respected. I really hope this changes. As it was, my Thanksgiving was spent having panic attacks and having a mental nightmare episode. As soon as I am done paying off my stuff which is not that soon, I am never going back to this store, I'll go back to conn's and just drive to Tulsa from now on.

Can't wait less then 24 hours for a payment so they'll come take it. Bartlesville office is the worst that we've ever had to deal with, and we've rent to owned alot of things from different companies. I'd give 0 stars if I could. They'll also tell you one price on a payment and it'll switch every time you call back.

If you are late on a payment they will come to your house everyday and pound on the door continuously. Last time this happened the guy knocked so hard my front door actually came open, I was livid. These people do not give extra time to make a payment if you need it. They will harass you with phone calls and show up to your house daily.

Two weeks behind and they have called me everyday threatening to pick up merchandise. We have tried to set up biweekly payments and they keep calling about weekly payments and RUDE with calls and text messages
