Not a horrible experience but definitely not the best. They’ve always worked with me when I couldn’t make my payments on time, but something seriously needs to be done about the manager D.J. Absolutely no phone etiquette at all. I have couches and a bed I’m returning because I’m receiving some furniture from a family friend and when I called to ask her when they could come get it she said, they better be in PERFECT condition, they want the product back with absolutely no blemishes from being used and she’ll have to look and call me back then click. No goodbye and didn’t even give me a chance to tell her what days I’m available for the pick up so I had to call her back and tell her what days I would be available. The response I got was ok then click. Never got a call back. They also keep trying to charge a $10 home visit fee when I’m late even though they haven’t been coming to my house. I’ve called corporate before and it was taken care of but they have started doing it again. I don’t know what’s going on with that but they should be charging extra fees.

You need to do better Aarons!! After reading the same reviews that have been left for this girl for several years now, and nothing has been done to correct her attitude?? And this is who is managing your company? And representing your brand?? Is this D.J. (Diedra) girl? You should be ashamed that this many people have reported how horrible her attitude is, that she is still there to treat others badly. I'm serisously considering ending my contract and taking my business elsewhere. I've never had a worse experience in doing business with any other company, EVER!! This means you could care less about how your employees treat, or talk to your customers, because I'm at least the 8th or 10th customer to write a review regarding her horrible customer service. Shame, Shame on you Aaron's!!!

Did not work with me. Especially when I was financially not able even though it states that they will work with you no matter what but that’s a lie. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I was an excellent customer for years and for this one time I couldn’t financially make a payment due to a death in the family and used all my money for the funeral and couldn’t call them they took my washer and dryer away when I wasn’t home was at a funeral. I will NEVER use Aaron’s ever again. Worse place to go. Not very happy. Even though the president of Aaron’s sent me a letter saying he would work with me. And it already took my two payments and didn’t get refunded. Very disappointing

I saw another review about a rude employee. I believe her name is DEIDRA. The comment describes how she looks. She was very rude and has given my husband problems before. I called asking about my account. She sent a guy in a truck for $19 I had no idea I even had to pay bc I do direct pay to them. Apparently it’s some kind of taxes. She could not even tell me what is really was for or why I was owing this amount. Just probably taxes she said. When I told her not to talk to me that way she acts dumb and said can I ask you a question? I said no I’m busy and she said okay bye. Lol 0 out 10 always from her

Employee was really rude. Don't know her name but she's black, short, has contacts. She barely acknowledged us. She answered our questions in a way that left us really confused and she seemed more interested in socializing with her friends. I would recommend Aaron's for their furniture, but not for the shopping experience, definitely won't make other purchases from them. Advice for a better experience would be to either replace or retrain your employees to be more customer oriented.
