This place is absolutely horrible. They are disrespectful, unprofessional, and they lie to you. They are there to sell furniture, when you try to pay them, they won't take your money and try to make you jump thru hoops. My bank actually wanted me to make sure they weren't running a scam on me. Also, I didn't know that it was okay for employees family to come camp out and let kids eat and climb on furniture that you are trying to sell to the public. This is the worst Aaron's I have ever encountered and I would rate it a big fat ZERO. Hatefull behavior. Terrible experience. Someone please do something. I've never seen SO MANY negative reviews on one store before. Please Corporate, DO SOMETHING.

Extremely unprofessional. When they were supposed to deliver my order they cancelled it and when I called to find out where they were the store manager Chris behaved as if it was my issue because his driver was going in to overtime. No notice of not delivering after I took the day off to be there for receiving.

I would give this store a FAT ZERO if it was here. The general manager will lie to your face. I rented a wash and dryer, top of the line. New is what they said in the store. When it was delivered, the washer had a huge dent on a corner. It's a front loader, and they scratched the glass getting it in. Plus, it leaks, like they lifted it by the door. They lied, at almost $4800.00, it's not new. I asked for the main boss, corporate, and he told me to "goggle it." I'll be calling on Monday, and I don't lie. I have pictures. Plus, I'll be washing bricks the day you come get it, I'm not paying another dime. UPDATE took them two weeks to get it out of my house. The spin cycle went completely out only after one week in my house. Contacted corporate, they also lie. Someone took my complaint and said someone would get back to me within 48 hours. No one called. I'm not surprised. Ada Oklahoma Aaron's is not worth your time or aggravation.
