First I'd like to start this review and say thank you to Corina for getting me approved and walking me through the verification process. Not only did I confirm my employment and bank account but my proof of address as well! I was told I was approved for any tv at Aarons all I needed to do was make the monthly payment, so to make a long story short I had my boyfriend call in yesterday to make the payment and pick out the tv we wanted. We'll needless to say this was all a big waist of my time, my boyfriend was accused of being someone he wasn't because my ex I was with from what I'm being told did not return a computer, mind you this had nothing at all to do with me I never lived with him at all and was hardly ever around him, well my boyfriend got accused of being him saying that I had him call in when my boyfriend I work with actually was the one that called so not only did the staff at Aarons disrespect me they disrespected my boyfriend so after this the manager tells me all of a sudden I didn't verify nothing and I was denied! What makes this really hard to swallow is I'm working a job 9 to 5 and going to school so to be accused of this with a incident that has nothing to do with me is very un professional in my opinion, needless to say if someone higher up don't get ahold of me to make this right by tomorrow I will be getting a attorney for this situation.

The manager at the South Zanesville location is a con artist! Beware of this heavy set guy. My buddie went to get a laptop we called in the female said 50 dollars to walk out with it online said 50 dollars he tried telling us 240 because hes rude and wants to play hardball

Ordered a couch, love seat, chair, table and two smaller tables. All 3 tables had scratches, chipped wood and paint, We took videos of them unloading them from the truck, with the tables in bad shape. When we contacted them to get them replaced, they told us to cover it up with marker. And wouldn’t do anything else about it.

Since I have became a customer the manager has been really good to me. They also went above and beyond for my mom when her laptop quit working and replaced it with another so if you keep your payments paid they will do you right thanks you for your service

Been telling them since February the furniture I got from them needed fixed. Finally sent someone out to look at it a couple months ago and told me it would be 4 weeks for the stuff to come in. Finally after 6 weeks of waiting I contacted them and told them I'm not paying for broken furniture. And they just called me today and said I gotta pay for the broken furniture or give it back. I would 100000000% would not recommend renting anything from them. I was never late on payment before this always on time. I'm sending their broken furniture back to them but it's still the fact that they don't want to fix the problem it had when u got it and still want u to pay for it. I'd give 0 stars if allowed but it didn't give me that option.
