Yesterday I put a review on im not proud of at all. The manager called me back today, after I let her speak long enough she explained things that I wasn't aware of. She was very good about the way I acted and forgave me for being a big mouth. I would like to say I'm very sorry for the things I wrote and I will continue to rent from this store. The manager is awesome. Thank you for caring enough to call back and explain.

Man every since Jess and her crew came in I have had THE BEST SERVICE. Even If my payment was late she worked with me. Jess understood life happens. Best experience I've had with rent to own. I will definitely rent again if needed. Thanks Jess and crew.

The transaction was easy the delivery was easy, but the item I received wasn’t what I ordered, I had to call and get it sorted out, get it together if you list a item with a specific item it should come as advertised. In my instance I ordered a ps5 with an extra cobalt blue controller it came with two white ones. I only ordered the ps5 because I wanted the blue controller and much to my surprise when I got it. It wasn’t there, I had to call the store and spend my time trying to sort out something that shouldn’t have happened that’s why I’m giving it a one star, I don’t believe false advertising is fair to the consumer.
