BUYER BEWARE These guys are loan sharks. You miss a payment, they are at your house the next day, banging on your door, ringing your doorbell for 20 minutes straight. And and the whole "give us a call if any thing happens" is point less, they will only tell you that you need to make a payment today. They have breached my fences, harassed me, and have helped them selves inside of my house. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS! I can't stress it enough. They also lie about their products. I got a pc from them and they told me it was brand new and they only took it out of the box for display, I brought it home, set it up, and it not only was used, but the previous persons information was still on there. And not only was it like that, it was literally a person who lives 3 houses down from me. These guys are good for nothing crooks Edit: I made this post and 8 minutes later they came to my house so be careful making bad reviews Update on the update: they broke into my house, I had to chase him off, police were contacted

These people were fantastic with their customer service. They treated me with respect and were exceptionally helpful. Enjoy the same treatment. Be kind and they will be kind too!

I was desperate for furniture and appliances the young lady went out of her way and went above and beyond to help me .just need the things short termI am so very grateful!! Ps she even had to listen to my mom tell her and mine life story lol .

Everyone has been helpful and so nice besides one person I spoke with today! She called my husband while at work, so I called back in because he unable to take phone calls while at his job. Apparently, they can't deliver the washer and dryer that my husband went in and put $10 down on to start a new contract for yesterday because "his bill is due today and he didn't pay" (it's 3 when she calls to say this, delivery was supposed to be 3-5, and she just assumed that he wasn't paying). He told them when he started the contract that his paychecks had been switched to biweekly. Whoever was there told him that was fine and he could pay then and took this $10 and started the contract and set a delivery. I then asked for a refund on the $10 that he put down on the washer and dryer, and she told me no and said "it was only $10". Then continued to tell me that my husband needed to call and saying she needs him to pay today. I reminded her multiple times that he'd gone in and explained his paychecks yesterday and that he could pay on the 14th and that's when he'd be paying because he wasn't going to put down a little money rather than paying in full, especially with her refusing to refund him for product that she refused to have delivered. Then she threatened to come and pick up "all our stuff" and when I said "okay", she continued arguing.. sooo if you end up with Michelle, I'd ask to speak to someone else who won't yell and threaten. Extremely unprofessional and terrible customer service on her part. I have worked in customer service and very much try to understand and have patience in each situation. She made things way more difficult than they needed to be.

Bob is the greatest! I've been dealing with Rent A Center for many years, and I don't have one bad thing to say about them. I don't fall behind often, but when I have, Bob was more than willing to work with me. Everyone there is always so kind. The place is always spic & span clean too. The service is great, delivery is great, and I look forward to working with them in the future
