Just made an order over the phone it was easy and fast. I haven’t rented from Rent A Center since 2018 but so far seems like they still have a friendly helpful staff like always
We had been a long time customer and never had an issue. In fact would recommend to people. This last time had an issue with a product that had to be repaired. Every time we called about it we were told it would be here in 2 weeks. Took 2 1/2 months to get it back while still paying on it...except 2 weeks worth. We were not kept in the loop on anything unless we called. When we finally got it back we took it back. We will not go back. Felt like we were getting screwed.
Aj and Brandon do an excellent job finding the right item for you and your family. They work hard to keep the payment cost as low as possible. Thanks for the great items weve purchased thru the wapak rac!!!
Had some bad experiences with R-A-C in the past but moved to Wapak and decided to give them another try. The gentleman who helped us was real nice and seemed to be genuine unlike employees at the last one. So far it's been a good experience.
