RTO West Union has friendly, accommodating employees and the delivery guys are top notch! My refrigerator died and within a day of my calling, they delivered my new one! At first, Shane said Tuesday but when I explained the situation, he “made room on the truck” to make sure I had one the next day. You all saved my Thanksgiving dinner and I am beyond grateful! Love my RTO West Union team!
I had an excellent experience with R2O. The delivery men were super nice and set my couch up quickly with no issues. Highly recommend!! The couch is very comfy and the whole transaction went smoothly. Logan is great to deal with and I'll definitely do business with them again.
