I think @RomanAtwoodDaily should have been able to film in the store when he came in 2025. It's a free country land of the fee. Why would you not want free advertisement unless your doing something shady.

I spent hundreds of dollars on a brand-new RC car for my son, only to find out the battery was bad right out of the box. When I brought this to the store’s attention, they showed no interest in helping and told me to contact the manufacturer instead. I later contacted another hobby shop and was told this is something that could have easily been exchanged in-store, but it seems they simply didn’t want to deal with it. On top of that, the employees demonstrated very little knowledge of the products they sell. Overall, extremely disappointing customer service, especially for a purchase of this size.

One of the last great hobby stores with an outstanding selection of static models in quite a few paint choices as well. And also has a lot of RC stuff if that's what you're into

Disappointing. Wanted to support local store and buy here. Brought a $160 train set, the train keeps derailng and won't go around the track, wanted to return but they said there was no return on electronics, even though it wasn't a electronics problem. Showed me a taped piece of paper on the counter that said they don't refund electronics. Didn't see that when I placed a large box on top at the check out, like you would normally do! Wasn't mentioned to me by the cashier when I checked out. Buying everything online instead of waisting my time and money supporting a business that won't do right my their customers.

Entered the store and was quickly approached and asked if they could help me. I asked about their Traxxas products and they advised they do not participate in the trade up program even though Traxxas recommend them. They was very short so I left.
