Absolutely do not come to this location. She wears a “chosen” jacket, Effie I believe her name was, let me tell you. Rude and just didn’t wanna make a sale. Made it very complicated to lease a bed and then when we just wanted to pay for it in full right then and there she seemed very irritated and even sold me the DISPLAY MATTRESS THAT EVERYONE HAS LAID ON AND TRIED OUT. First of all that’s disgusting. So needless to say we got a full refund because we ended up needing a split box spring and then the amount came out to be 200-300 MORE than the original price. How hard is it to buy a bed? Well we got our full refund and went somewhere else and I will never recommend Aaron’s to anyone anymore due to her horrible customer service. Attitude and just poor customer service. Thank you for NOTHING. I’m so glad we got a refund and went somewhere else.

Sad to say the Aaron's I've been going to on Snow Rd disappointed me. First off the person there was great. It was the delivery of my merchandise that started the disappointment. The delivery person told me that one of the chairs had a nick on it when they picked it up. First mistake for them because I took pictures of the set I bought in the store and there was nothing wrong with the chairs. So I called and sent the pictures. I talked to Nick the manager and sent pictures. All I get is the product is on demand. It's been a month and I still haven't gotten a different chair nor has anyone called to tell me when I'm getting another chair but they get their payment on time through auto pay. I guess I have to find another store and return the set I really liked. This will be the last time I try Aaron's. My advice to all is take pictures at the store to prove what you ordered was not damaged.
Been with this store over 7 years everything was great until nick came along the guy is straight up rude and Ignorant making uncalled for comments and saying things no one should say to customers I can’t even call with issues or anything because of the way he handles stuff plan on returning all but a few pieces of merchandise and ending my account with this store asap
Judy was such a great help when my husband and I came in to look at furniture. However, this store was beyond HOT and very UNCOMFORTABLE to be in due to no AC. As we were here with our toddler and infant, we were not able to stay long. I saw how uncomfortable Judy was as well. This is not acceptable and is a horrible work condition.
