They are very nice and easy to work with all u got to do is talk to them about what's going on and the will see what they can do with payments to help out to make u still keep your stuff and wanna send a special thanks out to the general manger Lauren she help me out to be able to keep my things

Went in to look for a labtop & washer. The manager had a newer sales rep on the floor and instead of coming out her self to show the rep how things are done & answer my questions she had the young lady going back & forth. That wasted time so we eventually landed at the desk to do check outs which was weird itself because of how much the manager (Lauren) kept moving couldn’t stand still. At the end I was given the lab top that was on display without a box or my receipts. After getting home within literally 10 minutes I could not log in to the lab top. I give a call to ask for the code Lauren read me a code that didn’t work I asked if I could bring it in since I’m close she responded “Well you can tomorrow, we’re closed”. I told her I work all week during their business hours then she said if I’m around the corner “ yea bring it “. I go to the store to find the doors locked & the phone ringing from me calling since she decided to leave. I don’t know who said Lauren was good enough to manage or if they just pick whoever to work but they are doing a ridiculous job if I say so myself. I definitely should’ve picked up on the no box and thought of the code thing myself but for sure would’ve expected more of them thinking of such things since I’m not the one working.
