I went here about a month ago for a washer and dryer. Received great service while ordering it but the 2 delivery guys didn’t want to take the equipment off of the truck, instead they called the store and said it wouldn’t fit then left. After the manager made them comeback IT FIT. But the washer didn’t even work. I waited 2 weeks for it to be serviced but no one came. So I had to return it.
Ive been renting through aarons for almost ten years now and i just wanna say whoever is running that store is doing amazing job, i believe jay is the one who does my deliveries and he is always super polite and upfront, the customer service and delivery drivers use to be sooo awful, but i feel with the amazing experience ive had this past year deserved a shoutout, This new team is very understanding of life happenings and very flexible, thank you all for being so awesome and turning this store around for the better :)
