The repair man that canceled last Wednesday rescheduled for today 12/15/2025never called or text me to fix my bed he was supposed to be here at 12:00 pm or around 2:00 pm still no show

I ordered a loveseat online and I was told I would receive my furniture before Thanksgiving and Now I'm told it won't be delivered until after Thanksgiving, And Liz was not helpful enough for me

I went here about a month ago for a washer and dryer. Received great service while ordering it but the 2 delivery guys didn’t want to take the equipment off of the truck, instead they called the store and said it wouldn’t fit then left. After the manager made them comeback IT FIT. But the washer didn’t even work. I waited 2 weeks for it to be serviced but no one came. So I had to return it.

I did a previous review, but the processing center is who deserves the 1 star. I went in and personally talked to Liz today and she was GREAT! She made sure I was taken care of properly!
