Went to the Randle store to get a dryer and they want me to have a co-signer the reason they gave didn't make any since will not be going back.
I had a fantastic experience with this rental company during my recent trip to Cleveland. I was in town for a week to undergo surgery and begin my initial recovery, and they made the process incredibly smooth. They arranged to deliver a recliner to my hotel, timed perfectly for shortly after I checked in. The team handled the setup efficiently and worked with us to schedule a convenient pickup before checkout. Every person I interacted with—both on the phone and in person—was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. The delivery and pickup crew were especially great. The recliner itself was exceptionally comfortable and made a huge difference in my recovery. Sleeping in it throughout the week was a relief. I’m so grateful for the excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Thank you all so much!
I BEEN RENTING A BIG SCREEN T.V FROM THIS PLACE FOR ALMOST 2 YRS THE SAME T.V I SAW IN WALMART PRICED AT 675.00 ITS A 85INCH I PAY 200.00 A MONTH LIKE A DUMMY AND I HAVE PAID INTO THIS TV $3,200 AND I PAY WEEKLY NOW $55.00 EVERY WEEK IF U GO PAST THE FRIDAY DUE DATE THIS STORE HARRASSES U TERRIBLY 1ST OF ALL THEY START TEXTING YOUR PHONE AT 9AM ON THE DAY ITS DUE AND IF U DONT HAVE THE MONEY THAT DAY THEY GET TO TEXTING U SMART REMARKS AND DEMANDS I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS STORE AGAIN SUCH A ROBBERY. This store is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and SHADY. I called to utilized their services for appliances.(washer/dryer) The dryer stopped working in a couple days of weeks. I called, and they called Action Appliance, who was also UNPROFESSIONAL. They actually took 3 and half weeks to come out to repair and completely destroyed it. Most importantly, Eagle rental did charge me the full amount amount. I did call about them charging me for something that doesn't work. They did credit my account. Today, I checked my statement only to notice they charged me AGAIN!!! I called the store for them to credit my account Again, and Joseph hung up on me...I'm calling my bank back to reverse charges, and I will be notifying others that will legally deal with them... DO NOT GO TO THE SOUTH SIDE STORE....ITS BEEN A MONTH THAT IVE BEEN WITHOUT A DRYER..AND THEY'RE STEALING MY $$$ The Eagles in Euclid is the best. I used them for years in the past and never had ANY PROBLEMS. They just didn't have what I needed this time...
Rec'd my freezer today promptly. Joseph was friendly, courteous and very hard working. Kudos to Eagle rental! Vito is always helpful, knowledgable and pleasant to speak with. I will always choose Eagle for my needs.
