My father has been having problems with the refrigerator from here. I was asked to call and speak with someone about it. However, I just called and tried to talk with someone from the store (Daniel) who refused to talk with me, due to my name not being on the account. 100% understand this. I informed him that I would call back with my father in the room so we could discuss it and he said that he will not speak to me. He said he has to have my father call him. Literally exactly what i said, but he (father) wants me to explain to the sales people what is going on, as he is not feeling well, and up to talking. They are refusing to talk to me, even with him right there on the phone. He has already paid three times as much for the refrigerator as well as so many other things that he has bought there over the years. He has been a great customer, but we will not be going back there unfortunately. The prices are already outrageous. But then you add on customer service like that. Nope.
Sales staff is friendly, detail orientated, punctual, professional, great customer service, and despite being part of the larger corporate world-its like being with a family owned and operated small mom and pop business.
I've bought several items and never have I had a problem with them. The products have been great and the people even better. Thank you for the crew at Mt. Gilead.
Great people, very good to their customers and will help in more ways than on paper allows. They are also very active in the community as they host a number of things to draw customers in, but they always think about the kids if you got them, and if you don't they could probably rent you some. 😉
This place is amazing. The employees are great and very helpful. If they do not have something you’re looking for, they’ll do their best to find it!
I don't see many stores where the employees are so nice and accommodating. The merchandise is good quality. Delivery is always on time.!
Great place with very nice people. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Danny was the best! He needs a raise🙌🏽
They are always nice and kind and helpful they know me by name when I walk in the store my whole house is from showplace
