Joe is really cool helped me finance my Xbox series X haven’t really had any problems. Always made my payments on time and they are always polite when I call in to pay for my product . Was able to get my Xbox same day as they said they even dropped it off to me great service and wonderful people

I'm so angry right now. I purchased a stove from rent a center about 3 years ago. After a year the front burner would shut off while cooking. Yes, they called someone to come fix it, but the guy showed, said he didn't have the part, he would order it, then never showed again with the new part. NOW, my front 2 burners don't work and I paid the damn stone off. Go figure. I won't order from them again

NEVER SHOP HERE. If I could rate this store zero stars I would. I spoke to someone over the weekend stating I knew my payment was late but that I had no money to pay it until the 25th of this month & that I knew there would be a late fee and that was okay but as long as it was on the 25th. I was supposed to call them on Monday and talk to them about switching my payment plans to monthly but I had a family emergency over the weekend and had to travel out of state so I was in the car on Monday driving 15 hours to deal with other things and forgot to call them because I had larger things happening. I had borrowed money to put in my bank account so that I could get home from being out of state and as soon as the money hit my bank, rent a center took it even though I had told the man multiple times that I could not pay until the 25th. Called the store and talked to the acting manager and he called his boss and his boss stated to him that since I did not call back on Monday and talk to him (about switching my payment plans to monthly, which has nothing to do with the fact that either way I could not pay until the 25th) that I wasn’t allowed to have my money back. So they are currently screwing me over leaving me stuck out of state with no money to get home even though we had previously talked and I had stated that I couldn’t pay it until we got paid again until the 25th. I will never be using this company again , they will never receive another penny from me. They have no humanity, no care for what is going on in anyone’s life and they will take money out of your account whenever they want even with previous promise to pay arrangements. Called coorperate and they were no help at all stating I could not get a call back for 24-48 hours which is no help to me because we have to have that money back in our account because we have to be home before Monday so we can go back to work. Absolute horrible company with horrible workers and I would never tell anyone to deal with these people because they literally do not work with you. They do whatever they want whenever they want.

if i could give zero starts i would. i was in need of a stove last minute toward the beginning of august so i stopped into rent a center and purchased one. the first time i used the stove after purchasing, cockroaches came out and now i am dealing with exterminators. absolutely disgusting and now i have to buy another new one somewhere else !!!!

I've gotten multiple items from there and honestly they were all great to me great staff, great delivery guys. They made everything very convenient for me to work around my work schedule and still get the information I needed. No hour long paperwork for me. Nick one of the managers was absolutely great in my last purchase👍👍
