I love these guys they are amazing and will actually work with u!!!! My husband and I go thru them and they are great we have not have one issue with them since we have started!!!! 100% recommend!!!!!

Expensive, with payments that never match the quoted price. One of their employees broke my porch when picking up a couch. Wasn't going to even say anything, and of course they never paid for it. If you want to rent something, this place is a distant 3red to R2O and Aaron's.

Awesome great deal's and when broke i complained and the was here 4 days latter but...weather had been awful

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've never been treated with less respect than I have at this rent a center. I work out of town and they dont have auto pay in the store so sometimes I'm a few days late. I went in the store to ask them to help me set up auto pay and they refused. An employee by the name of Jeremy (worst customer service I've ever received by any employee anywhere I have ever been) screamed and cursed at me on the phone because I was a few days late on a payment and then sent me a hand written note and said if I'm 1 day late he will come take my stuff (still have the letter). I guess they want people to work there that are mean and horrible with customers. They fired the only decent employee they had (Brandon) because he would let people still pay same as cash if they were a few days past the deadline. I would recommend nobody go to this place. If you want good customer service and better deals go to rent to own on pike street.

Very friendly staff, love having the early 90 day same as cash option, if they don't have what you want they will order it for you to bring to their store. If you have a breakdown they will come get it, replace it or have it repaired. Marietta OFFICE BRANDON,JUSTIN they are super nice an willing to go that extra mile to see that smile on your face. Don't pass them up, they always have some great deals going on
