They never did. I even talked to Dustin who said he was my account manager and I sent him an email with my first agreement for the first rug. He said he would get back with me never did. I called him 5 days later for him to tell me that if I paid the remainder 60 of $100 dollars owed he would call it even as paid off. Mind you my deposit wasn't on this new rug account and neither was a 20 referral credit and they were already charging me almost double for the 2nd rug then the first. I had already paid over 160.00 for the rug and they charged me another 60.00 to pay it off today. I truly never received any discount even though Dustin said I did.This is really bad that they can say one thing and do another. Had I known this from the start I would have canceled my order and been done with it before I thought I had it paid off only to find out I still owed do to being lied to and no one changed new rug price to first rug price. I am extremely disappointed in this company.
Cody and Levi came and delivered a lift chair for me that desperately needed the same day. We were on a level 2. I wasn't home when they came so they offered to come back at almost quitting time. They were soooo sweet and kind. I would give 10 stars to these guys if I could. Yje world would be a lot better place if more people were like this. AWESOME guys!
