Rent 2 Own

I ordered a rug, placed a deposit and waited for it to come in. Rug was delivered and wrong colors. They apologized and re ordered a different rug they said they would make it the same price. They never did. I even talked to Dustin who said he was my account manager and I sent him an email with my first agreement for the first rug. He said he would get back with me never did. I called him 5 days later for him to tell me that if I paid the remainder 60 of $100 dollars owed he would call it even as paid off. Mind you my deposit wasn't on this new rug account and neither was a 20 referral credit and they were already charging me almost double for the 2nd rug then the first. I had already paid over 160.00 for the rug and they charged me another 60.00 to pay it off today. I truly never received any discount even though Dustin said I did.This is really bad that they can say one thing and do another. Had I known this from the start I would have canceled my order and been done with it before I thought I had it paid off only to find out I still owed do to being lied to and no one changed new rug price to first rug price. I am extremely disappointed in this company.

Cody and Levi came and delivered a lift chair for me that desperately needed the same day. We were on a level 2. I wasn't home when they came so they offered to come back at almost quitting time. They were soooo sweet and kind. I would give 10 stars to these guys if I could. Yje world would be a lot better place if more people were like this. AWESOME guys!

Cody and Levi just delivered my daughter’s mattress they both were respectful and kind. They both made sure everything was good before they left. Dotting all the I’s and crossing the T’s. Amazing service. Even asked if there was anything else we needed. Thank you Cody and Levi!

Tyler and Cody from Logan R2O were wonderful guys!! Gave me lots of tips on home improvement ideas that I asked for. Set everything up in a timely manor. The conversation was pleasant and enjoyable! Highly recommend these guys to deliver anything in the future. Rent to own is fortunate to have 2 wonderful people as an asset to their company!
