The overall place is great, the people were very nice. But I did get a messed up PS5 it powers off randomly an sometimes kicks me off my stuff saying it cant process game logic an then logs me out.

The two gentlemen who delivered both of my couches have been nothing but kind and friendly each time! Had a small issue with a couch that we received that was preowned (not the stores fault) and the employees had no hesitation in helping us fix the problem! 5 stars every time.

Well I am not happy and giving them 2 stars is being generous because they have been late delivering my items twice. The first time it was because they had to stop for an oil change and I was to get a delivery today by 5 and it is 10 til 8 pm and they are not here. I will be calling Monday morning to complain.

minus one million Stars poor customer service all staff are untraind and very in compitent delivery persons. they nicked up 2 sets of furniture and put holes in my dry wall.
