The manger in the Jackson county Ohio she won't let us rent new furniture to us. The only way she will let us rent from her is used furniture. You guys need get a different manger for that store I say you guys are loose lot of business. So we went somewhere elas to rent our furniture and other stuff.

They took my mom's fridge and brought it back with roaches and wouldn't do anything about in fact blamed them on my mom which if you knew my mom you would know it was not from her! She has bought many things from them over the last several years, and the manager is a mean hag, when they brought the fridge back from having over a month ,within 10 minutes she saw and killed these roaches and had to take the fridge outside!! DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM!

My wife and I have been very good customers of Aaron’s in Jackson Ohio for a long time. We have leased to own many items over the years and yes like everyone else we have had our issues with being late on payments for one reason or another but we always made our payments!! Untill recently we have not had any problems when we had to be late on a payment, we would just call and let them know and all would be ok. Recently we had an item that was due for a payment and my father got very sick out of state so we had to travel to help him. To make a long story short, when we called to explain what had happened and when we could pay the assistant manager ( Chris) would have no intention on helping us. We would of had everything caught up within 2 weeks but he insisted that it would not be acceptable. His idea of acceptable was returning the item and then in 2 weeks start all over again and release the item!!! That is the most foolish thing we have ever heard!! So as you can imagine we were shocked and just decided to return the item and something else we had as well because we were not going to be customers of theirs any longer. They have just lost long time customers that are spreading the word about the incompetence of this store in Jackson Ohio!!! Also whenever you call for any help, no one there knows how to help and amazingly the managers are never available. So PLEASE, make your life more enjoyable and stress free and DO NOT lease from Aaron’s in Jackson Ohio. You are treated like a person when your payments are on time but if you have a legitimate problem you become a criminal!!!

This place is a joke. They’re extremely rude and mess everything up! I’ve asked them to change the time my payment is due multiple times and they never can. They always say they’ll leave a note for the manager but she never calls me back but if you’re one day late on a payment she will call you nonstop. I will NEVER deal with them again.
