The delivery guys Isaiah and Alec were a great help, they put together a playhouse for my daughter for her birthday and had to lift it over the fence to get it in the backyard, no complaints, they were smiling and extremely professional. That’s why I always choose Heath’s Rent 2 Own. 👍 Customer service at its finest.

The staff at the Heath R2O is fabulous! They always have a good attitude with their customers (even if they are having a bad day personally). They are quick to assist you with answers to questions and their delivery crew is a great bunch of guys as well! Have never had a bad experience dealing with them. Hi today I got a new couch and loveseat delivered and I love it! And your delivery guys, Isaiah and Alec were Awesome...on time, friendly and even took the legs off to make sure they could easily get thru the door without any damage...I so appreciated that. Isaiah went as far as getting me some coupons to use when I mentioned I should of also had them bring me a new laptop! We have used the Heath R2O for years now and will continue many more.
