Do not shop with this store! I bought a washer and dryer set and paid for it the same day they delivered it, when I made the purchase they said I had a 30 day warranty. I called the next day to tell them I was not happy with the washer because it doesn't fill all the way up with water, it also doesn't spin all of the water out sometimes. The childish little girl who supposedly was the manager proceeded to argue with me saying "what is it?,either it's filling up or it's not, how can your clothes be dripping wet if it's not filling up?" It's not rocket science, it's getting some water in the barrel but not enough to cover my clothes! Anyways, I hope these loosers get everything they deserve!

So I put in an application about a week ago. All of my references have been contacted came back good, I’m sure. They haven’t been able to speak to my landlord which 3 people have already confirmed where I live. They neglected to call my place of employment, like they said they would. I’ve been told on 3 different Occasions that I would know or be able to pick up what I wanted to rent. Still being told I’m not ready. So when I said I’d go somewhere else they didn’t care at all. Asked for the corporate number was spoken to with nothing but attitude and then hung up on. I’d say they are trying to act professional about there jobs then prove that they are very unprofessional by their actions. I feel like I’ve been treated very poorly and unfairly. I’ve never once said one curse word or gotten out of control about my tone of voice or the words I’ve chosen to use. In fact the only negative thing I’ve said to them was “ I’ll just go somewhere else “ and this is how I’m treated? Let’s see if upper management treats there customers any differently.

Customer Service is excellent! Prices are reasonable. Best place around if you need to do a rent to own. Matt, Gary, and all the other employees are there to help. Highly recommend!

They suck made a online payment and signed new lease got confirmation on it then I find out that the store in Fremont cancel my order and all they can tell me is my money will be refunded they don't have what I signed a contract for . Your customer care sucks never will I go back
